After you receive confirmation that you are enrolled, you will be sent further instructions to access audio and video. You will then have a 30 day window in which to complete your course. Within this 30 days, the self-paced format gives you the opportunity to complete the course at your convenience, at any location, and at your own pace. The course is available 24 hours a day.

If the course requires a remote lab system, the lab system access is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. When you are not using the elab system, ensure that you suspend your elab to maximize your hours available to use the elab system.

It is the perfect way to learn a little more about Deal Management without attending a multi-day event, if you are a Sales Director, Manager, Partner or tertiary user. Your session facilitator is well-versed in the solution and is happy to answer questions or show you items of interest.

Audience

This basic course is for Retailer Category Managers, Category Assistants, Vendor Business Managers, Manager Assistants, Accounting Users, Analysts and associated professionals.

Prerequisites

You should:

  • Have some experience using web browsers, the internet and Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Be able to navigate a GUI environment
  • Have experience working with spreadsheets and reports

As you work through the concepts and tasks, it is assumed that you are familiar with Microsoft Excel; although this will not be a blocking issue to learning.
