The aim of this course on Microsoft Outlook 2013 is to give your students an enhanced toolset by broadening their expert-level skill base. Over the course of 12 modules, you will lead your students through a look at topics such as: using the address book, calendar options, message options, task options, contact management options, macros, using the Trust Center.

Using the Address Book, Part One
This module helps students enter into an in-depth look at the Address Book in Microsoft Outlook 2013. Students will learn how to open the Address Book, use components of the Address Book, search the Address Book, and use options in the Address Book.

Using the Address Book, Part Two
The look at Microsoft Outlook 2013’s Address Book feature continues in this module. Students are given the tools here to add entries, edit entries, delete entries, and to use the Address Book to send mail.

Advanced Calendar Options
Students are given the skills here to get the most out of the Calendar feature of Microsoft Outlook 2013. They will learn how to: use the Time Zone feature, create recurring appointments, add holidays to the calendar, and how to e-mail the calendar.

Advanced Message Options
Help your students get the most out of the Message Options in Microsoft Outlook 2013 with the skills covered in this module. The skills explored here are: how to add voting options, how to change the reply-to address, how to delay delivery of your messages, and how to save your message outside the Sent items folder.

Advanced Task Options
This module is all about tasks in Microsoft Outlook 2013. The topics addressed in this module are how to: create recurring tasks, mark a task as private, assign tasks, receive assigned tasks, and how to send a status report.

Advanced Contact Management Options
Help your students manage their contacts in a meaningful way with the skills they will develop from exploring this topic. Covered here is how to: mark a contact as private, add a contact to Favorites, create a contact group, forward a contact, and share your contacts list.

Working with Macros
This module will enable students to efficiently deal with macros. They will learn how to enable the Developer tab, how to set macro security settings, how to create a macro, and how to run a macro.

Using the Trust Center, Part One
This module looks at how to: open the Trust Center, identify trusted publishers, set privacy options, and how to set e-mail security options.

Using the Trust Center, Part Two
The look at the Trust Center continues here with a discussion of how to: control attachment handling, change automatic download settings, deal with programmatic access, and how to manage add-ins.

Customizing Your Microsoft Account
This module will help your students personalize their Microsoft Account and truly make it their own. They will learn how to: change a profile picture, change the Office background and theme, add services, and remove services.

Getting Started with Business Contact Manager, Part One
Over the course of this module your students will learn what Business Contact Manager is and then they will learn how to: download and install Business Contact Manager, use Express Setup, and how to use Custom Setup.

Getting Started with Business Contact Manager, Part Two
This is the sequel to the previous module and more fully explores the wonder that is Business Contact Manager. Students are shown how to: open Business Contact Manager, use the interface, review the Welcome Center, use sample data, and switch to their own business data.
