Description

Audience

This course is for PBX administrators, voice technicians, systems engineers, and database administrators who are installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting day to day operations of Cisco IP Telephony products.

Prerequisites

We strongly recommend CCNA or CCNA Voice Certification. Students are required to have a basic knowledge of PBX and telephone terms, basic TCP/IP, and IP Telephony concepts.
